As Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the store manager with all in-store operations at Jaxen Grey.  You will help lead a talented team of sales stylists, working towards individual, team, and company-wide goals. You will be responsible for bringing the Jaxen Grey mission, vision, and culture to life within our retail stores. 

You will work with and report to the Store Manager to ensure all staff, customer, and store needs are met and maintained. You will help manage your store team, inventory, sales goals, and daily operations, creating an efficient and enjoyable retail environment for all.
